Authors & Illustrators Night is a marquee event at Lowell Elementary School, funded by PTA donations and facilitated by the hard work of PTA volunteers. This year's event is a product of the hard work of Lowell Parent and Event Chair Lisa Johnston Hancock. 

Through the exploration of cherished memories—and those we'd rather forget. Students will learn how to draw from personal experiences to bring fictional lives into sharp, memorable focus, captivating readers with characters that linger long after the story ends.

I'll be discussing mostly Falling Short, but I will touch upon Efren Divided, my more popular book.
