Lots going on and lots to continue planning at our next 5th Grade Committee meeting. Don’t miss the meeting on March 13th at 9 am at the school lunch benches.

It's March 2012!!!

First and foremost, thank you to Jen Paz and her family for putting together an amazing Valentine Candy Gram Sale (best profit to date!!!). It was a great success, and thank you to the all the fifth grade parents that volunteered and donated the candy.

Dedication Pages for the yearbook are due April 6, don’t be the only one that forgets to make one for your child. There is no cost and you can use one photo and up to 30 words. Please refer to your info packet.

Please submit your pictures for the slide show and yearbook as soon as possible!!

March 2nd is ASTRONOMY NIGHT
This is a very special night, please come with your child and please leave siblings at home. This is a very special night among the “stars” for our FIFTH GRADERS .

Bring $2 and enjoy a cool refreshing Jamba Juice smoothie after school on:
Friday, March 2 & 30 at the Lunch Benches

Yogurtland!
You pick from 3 different flavors plus one topping for $3 on Friday, March 16 at the Lunch Benches

Last but not least, don’t forget to drop off your $45 donation into the lockbox addressed to Mary Kate Belliveau.

 

Photos for yearbook and slideshow...

Have you been gathering your photos of your 5th grader and his/her classmates? Michelle Wells and Carla Peterson need your help to make sure that all kids are represented in the 5th grade yearbook and the traditional slideshow at the end of the year. Please copy your photos to a disc, with highest possible resolution (click here for flyer), in files with the children’s names, and deliver to the folders in the workroom as soon as you can. Thanks!

Popsicles...

Maria Kisska is looking for more 5th grade parent volunteers to sell popsicles on Thursdays. Remember this is our big fundraiser for 5th grade and we need everyone to help when they can. Contact Maria if you want to volunteer.
